Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between monthly and upfront?
Monthly is a recurring card payment: flexible, cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice. Upfront is a one-off payment for 3, 6 or 12 months at a better overall rate. Both include the same gym, pool, and class access. Upfront members get more kids swimming free.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Monthly memberships can be frozen in certain circumstances, such as injury or a medical issue. Please contact reception to discuss. Pay-in-full memberships cannot be frozen or paused, though in exceptional circumstances supported by documentation, management may consider an alternative. Memberships may be transferred at management’s discretion, subject to a €15 administration fee.
How do the Kids Swim Free sessions work?
Your children (under 16) can attend public swim and junior lane swim sessions at no extra charge. Book their session online or via the app and check in at reception. Additional children beyond your allowance swim for €4 each.
What are the gym opening hours?
Monday: 06:00–21:30 · Tue–Thu: 06:15–21:30 · Friday: 06:00–21:00 · Saturday: 08:00–19:00 · Sunday: 08:00–18:00.
