Studio Classes
Our dedicated fitness studio sits above the pool, with panoramic views and instructor-led group classes for every level. From high-energy cardio to strength and conditioning, there is a class to match whatever you are training for, all in one welcoming space.
Class Times
Studio classes run seven days a week. All classes are 45 minutes unless stated.
Times may change on bank holidays. Please check live availability before travelling and book through the timetable.

Good to Know
Before Your Class
- What is included
Studio classes are part of full membership, or pay as you go for a single class.
- What to bring
Comfortable gym gear, trainers, a towel and a water bottle.
- Book ahead
Classes can fill up, so reserve your spot on the timetable before you come.
Studio Class Rules
- Arrive 5 minutes early. Latecomers may not be admitted once a class has started, for safety.
- Book ahead. Members can book 3 days in advance, non-members 2 days, both from 12:00.
- Cancel more than 2 hours before the class starts. Cancelling inside the 2-hour window, or not turning up at all, results in a strike. Once we are within two hours there is no realistic way to offer the space to someone else. Three strikes temporarily pauses your booking privileges.
- Bring a towel and a full water bottle. Studios can get warm.
- Wear suitable gym gear and clean indoor trainers. No outdoor shoes on the studio floor.
- Let the instructor know before class if you are pregnant, injured, or new to exercise, so they can offer options.
- Under 16s are not permitted in studio classes. See Teen Gym for younger members.
- Please rack weights and wipe down equipment after use.
