Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all public swim sessions must be pre-booked online, via the Splashworld App, or by phone. Gym sessions do not require booking, just tap in at reception.
What’s included in membership?
Unlimited gym use, all fitness classes, public and lane swimming, parent and toddler swims, a complimentary fitness consultation, and a personalised programme. Aqua aerobics is 50% off for members.
Can I pay at the door?
Gym and fitness class drop-ins can be paid at reception. Public swim sessions must be pre-booked and paid online.
Are children under 2 free?
Yes, children under 2 swim free during public swim sessions. Swim nappies are required for non-toilet trained children (€2.50 at reception).
Is there a family discount?
Yes. Family swim tickets save significantly. A family of 4 (2+2) swims 60 minutes for €33.00 instead of €40.00 individually. Children under 16 also swim free with adult memberships (limits apply per plan). 10% sibling discount on swim lessons when enrolling 3 or 4 children.
What’s the difference between 60 and 90-minute sessions?
Same facilities: slides, waves, rapids, pools, sauna and steam room. 90-minute sessions give you more time. Check the timetable for available slots.
