How to Register
Setting up your Parent Portal account takes just a couple of minutes:
- Complete the form below: provide your name, date of birth, and your enrolled child’s details
- We’ll create your account: we’ll link it to your child’s records in our system
- You’ll receive login details by email: usually within 2–3 working days
- Download the app: log in with the same credentials for mobile access
Already enrolled? If your child is already in swimming lessons, they’re already in our system, we just need your details to create and link your parent account. You don’t need to re-register your child.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register for the Parent Portal?
Registration is recommended but not mandatory. Without it you’ll still receive email updates, but you won’t be able to view live assessments, competency breakdowns, or access the 25% swim discount through the app.
How do I get the 25% off public swims?
Download the Splashworld App, log in with your Parent Portal credentials, and book public swim sessions through the app. The 25% discount is applied automatically at checkout: no code needed.
I have multiple children in lessons. do I need separate accounts?
No, one parent account covers all your children. When you register, let us know all enrolled children and we’ll link them to your family group. You can view each child’s progress individually.
When can I see my child’s assessment results?
Assessments take place during Week 6 of each term. Results are published to the Parent Portal as they’re completed, usually within 24 hours. You’ll also receive an email notification when results are ready.
I can’t log in. what should I do?
Try the “Forgot Password” link on the login page first. If that doesn’t work, contact us at [email protected] or call 051 390176 and we’ll reset your account.
