Need to change your child’s lesson day, time, or level? Submit a request below and our swim school team will check availability and get back to you.
Before You Request. Read This First
- Moves are subject to availability: we cannot guarantee your preferred slot
- Each child swims once per week on their assigned day
- If requesting a level change, our instructors will assess readiness
- Allow up to 3 working days for a response
- Mid-term moves may not always be possible: between-term requests have the best chance
Current Term: Our next 7-week term begins Monday 7th September 2026. Use this form to request a change of time, day, or instructor. Levels: Preschool (Ducklings), Beginner, Improver, Advanced, and ProKids.
