Splashworld is a community-owned, not-for-profit aquatic and leisure centre in the heart of Tramore. We employ a team of over 35 dedicated staff including pool lifeguards, swimming instructors, gym instructors, duty managers and reception staff.
We’re always interested in hearing from qualified, motivated people who want to work in a rewarding, team-oriented environment. Whether you’re an experienced lifeguard, a newly qualified swim instructor, or looking to start a career in leisure, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Look For
Most of our roles are pool-based. We typically recruit pool lifeguards, swimming instructors and gym instructors. Many of our team hold multiple qualifications. We value people who are safety-focused, great with children and families, and committed to delivering a positive experience for every visitor.
Key Qualifications
These are the qualifications we train you up to. You don’t need all of them to apply. If you hold a core lifeguard, swim instructor or gym instructor qualification, we’ll provide the rest, including first aid, child safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety and ongoing CPD.
