A cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Free for members. €7 pay-as-you-go.

Body Blast

Get Fit and Look Solid! Cardio & resistance training for functional movement and peak fitness to help you become the ultimate you! Free for members. €7 pay-as-you-go.

Flex & Tone

An all over body toning class focusing on core strength. Free for members. €7 pay-as-you-go.

HIIT

Pilates

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. €5 for members. €8 pay as you go.

Spinning

Spinning is a low impact, high-intensity cardio workout. The instructor will take you through your paces with sprints, tempo work, and high energy hill-climbs. So whether you’re a seasoned rider or a complete beginner, spinning will give you the workout you deserve! Free for members. €7 pay as you go.

Target Train

A gym based workout incorporating a mix of cardio intervals on the treadmill, spin bike, and rower. Also includes strength and toning exercises using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and machine weights. This is a 60-minute high-calorie burner that will set you up for the weekend. Free for members. €7 pay as you go.
